Shawn Brick

Shawn Brick has extensive experience in student financial support and higher education administration, currently serving as Associate Vice Provost at the University of California since September 2009, where responsibilities include policy analysis, development, and implementation related to UC enrollment and affordability. Previously, Shawn held the role of Director of Financial Aid at California College of the Arts, overseeing a $14 million financial aid budget and ensuring regulatory compliance. Earlier roles included managing the UC student financial aid program and advising on public messaging for financial aid issues. Shawn's educational background includes a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and participation in the Executive Leadership Academy focused on higher education.
