Valérie De Saegher

Valérie joined Regent’s in April 2021, as the Director of Human Resources. Her responsibilities include developing the HR strategy, leading the HR Team, and establishing new ways of working in agile teams across the organisation.

Prior to joining Regent’s, Valérie held several human resources positions across the commercial sector, including her most recent role as the HR Director (EMEIA) at Burberry. Valérie has also worked in senior roles at Marks & Spencer (as Head of HR, Europe) and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Valérie is passionate about employee engagement, wellbeing and developing a diverse and inclusive workplace. Valérie also holds a Master’s in European Industrial Relations from Warwick Business School.
