Angela Ireland

Angela Ireland has a extensive work experience in the field of clinical research and project management. Angela has recently worked as a Podcaster at Grief + Grace and as a Clinical Trial Lead at REGENXBIO Inc. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Clinical Project Manager at SRG and worked as a Functional Nutrition Counselor. Angela also worked as an Independent Consultant at E2 Clinical, LLC, where they were responsible for recruitment of research naive physicians, GCP training, and negotiation of clinical research contracts. Angela has experience in research auditing at Carolinas Healthcare System, and as a Clinical Site Manager at Genentech, where they were responsible for site relationships, study start-up, conduct, and closeout activities. Additionally, Angela worked at PPD, where they served as a Training Specialist III and a Clinical Project Manager, managing multiple protocols and coordinating clinical research projects.

Angela Ireland obtained a Master of Science degree in Animal Health Science from NC A&T State University between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the same university, from 1989 to 1993. Angela also attended West Orange High School from 1986 to 1987.
