Marianne Kreiner

Marianne Kreiner has extensive experience in senior roles in human resources. Marianne is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources and Business Partner at REGENXBIO Inc., where they lead the Total Rewards functions and provides strategic leadership for the assigned divisions. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at US Fertility, where they established the HR function for the new organization and supported ongoing practice acquisitions. Previously, they held the same position at Shady Grove Fertility, where they aligned HR strategy with business objectives and led the development and implementation of HR processes and systems. Marianne has also worked as the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at IVI RMA GLOBAL during merger negotiations. Marianne has experience in the reproductive medicine industry, having served in various HR roles at Shady Grove Fertility and IntegraMed Fertility. Marianne started their career as an HR Manager at Nymeo Federal Credit Union and worked as a Commercial Loan Officer and Recruiter at BB&T and FCNB Bank, respectively.

Marianne Kreiner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Finance from Mount St. Mary's University in 1999. Marianne went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2002 to 2005. In terms of certifications, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2012 and the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2015.
