Toni Guiriba

Toni Guiriba has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career as a Prescriptive Tutor at Baltimore City Community College in 2014. Following that, they worked as a Student Research Assistant and Undergraduate Researcher at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they had internships as a Process Engineering Intern at Materion Corporation and as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at PolyOne.

In 2017, Toni joined Coty Inc. as a Process Engineer before moving to Graybug Vision, Inc. where they held multiple roles including Senior Process Engineer, Manager of Supply Chain and Contract Manufacturing, Senior Manager of Technical Operations, and Consultant of Technical Operations from 2017 to 2021.

During this time, Toni also worked at VC-Backed Biotech NewCo as an MBA Intern from 2021 to 2022 and at Amgen as a Graduate Co-op Intern of Engineering Technical Authority in 2022.

Recently, Toni worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from 2023 to 2023. They are now an Associate Director of Corporate Strategy at REGENXBIO Inc since 2023.

Toni Guiriba is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they are also pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology during the same time period. Prior to their current studies, Toni obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Materials Science and Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
