Harris Chernow is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in franchise and distribution law, currently serving as Counsel to the Temple University Alumni Association since July 2023 and as a Partner at Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP since July 2015, where Harris chairs the Franchise and Distribution Practice Group. Harris has built a national reputation representing franchisees, franchisors, and distributors, while also handling corporate, business, retail development, real estate, and leasing matters. Harris's previous roles include serving on the Executive Committee and as Past President of the Temple Owl Club from July 2014 to June 2018, as well as attorney positions at Chernow Kapustin LLC, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, and Heller Kapustin Gershman & Vogel. Harris holds a JD in Business Law from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a BBA in Accounting and International Business from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
