Joelle Gropper Kaufman

Joelle Gropper Kaufman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and revenue generation. Currently serving as a Strategy and Revenue Catalyst at GTM Flow since May 2021, Joelle has developed the Curveball Crusher program to enhance organizational results. An advisor for AdamX, Joelle provides strategic guidance for an AI-driven sales and marketing platform. As an Executive Member and Dean of the Pavilion Leadership Academy, Joelle facilitates private discussions among growth operators. Prior roles include Go-to-Market Advisor positions with regie.ai and Workera.ai, where Joelle focused on leveraging AI for sales and upskilling. Additionally, Joelle has held advisory roles with Blue Dots Partners, LLC and Sesame3, and served as a PQ Powered Sales Leader at Positive Intelligence. Joelle earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.
