Brenda Long

Brenda Long is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in special education and visual impairment. Currently serving as a Certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired at Region 10 ESC since July 1998, Brenda previously worked as a Special Education Teacher at Farmersville ISD, where leadership was demonstrated by heading the design team for the inclusion program from August 1992 to June 1998. Earlier in their career, Brenda taught reading to 6th to 8th graders at Princeton ISD from August 1984 to June 1992. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas A&M University-Commerce, earned between 1975 and 1979, and has further education from Texas Tech University.
