Derek Nugent

Derek Nugent is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technology and multimedia production. Currently serving as a Computer Technician at AMS since November 2018, Derek also works as an Assistant Multimedia Producer and Web Developer at Region 10 since April 2008, where responsibilities include creating static and dynamic webpages and assisting in the production of multimedia assets. Prior experience includes teaching roles at Kurv Studios and Westwood College, focusing on learning material development and instruction in 3D Animation and Graphic Design. Derek holds two Master’s degrees in Game Technology and Informatics from Glasgow Caledonian University, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
