Raelyn Scroggin

Raelyn Scroggin currently serves as the Program Coordinator for Texas Reading Academies at Region 10 ESC, a position held since July 2021, while also working as a Consultant for Teaching and Learning. Prior to this role, Raelyn Scroggin accumulated extensive experience at GARLAND ISD from January 1999 to July 2021, serving in various capacities including Middle School Principal, Elementary Principal, Assistant Principal, and Math Teacher. Raelyn Scroggin holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce, earned between 2002 and 2004, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Howard Payne University, completed from 1995 to 1998.
