Heather Blount

Heather Blount is an experienced education specialist with a focus on Career and Technical Education (CTE) at the Region 17 Education Service Center since August 2013. Prior to this role, Heather served as a curriculum specialist at The Curriculum Center for Family and Consumer Sciences from 2006 to 2013. Heather holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Family and Consumer Sciences/Home Economics Teacher Education and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, both from Texas Tech University.
