Daniela Sanders

Daniela Sanders brings over 25 years of extensive experience in financial management and business coordination within educational settings and retail. Currently serving as the IMS Business Coordinator at Region 7 Education Service Center since January 2021, Daniela previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Arp ISD, where responsibilities included supervising accounts payable and payroll, developing district budgets, and filing federal reports. Prior experience as Business Manager at Quitman ISD involved maintaining financial records, developing employee procedures, and overseeing purchasing and budget adherence. Daniela has also managed operations in various retail roles, demonstrating strong skills in staff supervision, inventory management, and customer relations. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing, Daniela combines a solid educational foundation with a proven track record of fiscal oversight and organizational leadership.
