Nicolas Quinones-Gil

Nicolas Quinones-Gil currently holds the position of Directeur général adjoint - responsable du pôle transports et infrastructures at Région Hauts-de-France since February 2019. Prior to this role, Nicolas worked as Responsable des études et de l'observatoire des marchés at the Autorité de régulation des activités ferroviaires et routières from October 2015 to February 2019.
