Thomas Petit

Thomas PETIT is an experienced professional with a strong background in public administration and training programs. Currently serving as the Director of New Work Organization Methods for the Régион Hauts-de-France, Thomas is leading a transformative project that will affect approximately 2,600 central service agents from April 2023 to June 2025, generating significant cost savings. Concurrently, Thomas holds a teaching position at the Université de Lille, contributing to modules on public action modernization and territorial culture. Previously, Thomas directed continuing education and apprenticeship initiatives at the Université de Lille, successfully increasing the number of apprenticeships and revenues.
