Ian Birch

Ian Birch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational development, consulting, coaching, and military training. Currently serving as an Organisationsutvecklare at Region Kronoberg since November 2019, Ian also founded and consults at Leadership & Life Skills AB since 1997 and coaches at Crossfit Växjö since 2012. Previous roles include management consultant at Pilot Konsult AB from 1999 to 2011 and officer in the Swedish Armed Forces from 1986 to 2011, where extensive training in leadership and strategic decision-making was acquired at the Swedish Para Ranger School. Educational qualifications include a B.Ed in Education and Psychology from Cardiff University and Växjö University, along with ongoing studies in Thought Provoking Dialogue and psychology. Ian holds a Crossfit Level 1 certification.
