Maria Grønkvist Plougheld

Maria Grønkvist Plougheld is an experienced professional in the field of law and data protection, currently serving as a Databeskyttelsesrådgiver/DPO at Region Syddanmark since January 2024. Prior to this role, Maria worked at Assens Kommune for a decade, holding positions as Jurist and DPO, and also as Stabsmedarbejder, where responsibilities included developing reports on health agreements and evaluating social housing projects. Maria’s background includes teaching dance to young people and adults as an instructor at OSF/OASK and serving as a waitress at Vissenbjerg Storkro. Maria holds a Master's degree in Law (cand.jur.) from Syddansk Universitet, along with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution, complemented by a public project management education at the Kommunernes Udviklingscenter.
