Region Ten Community Services Board provides mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services to the city of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Greene, Nelson, Fluvanna, and Louisa and is the behavioral health safety net to these areas. 


One of 40 community service boards (CSBs) in the state of Virginia, Region Ten has a reputation for providing exceptional service to the residents of our community, including adults, children, infants, and families. The Clinical Services Team at Region Ten CSB is dedicated to providing comprehensive, client-centered mental health and substance use treatment. Through a collaborative approach, team members—including clinicians, counselors, and a psychiatric nurse practitioner—offer crisis intervention, ongoing therapy, and specialized care tailored to the diverse needs of individuals and families in the community, ensuring a supportive pathway to recovery and well-being.
