Carl-David Svensson

Carl-David Svensson currently serves as Chef för funktionsområde Kompetens och Ledarskap at Region Uppsala, overseeing a team of HR specialists in strategic competence supply, leadership enhancement, and recruitment support since December 2024. Prior experience includes over two decades at Migrationsverket, where Carl-David held several key roles, including Enhetschef Ledarskapsutveckling and HR-partner, managing comprehensive HR operations and providing strategic support across the organization. Carl-David also co-founded Nordic Dental, a dental clinic specializing in general and orthodontic care. Educational credentials include a degree from Uppsala University in personnel and work life issues, complemented by studies at Försvarshögskolan.
