Andrea Bastiani Archibald, Ph.D. is an accomplished nonprofit consultant with extensive experience in leadership, program development, cultural transformation, and strategic planning, particularly focused on equity advancement. Current roles include serving as a nonprofit consultant and advisory board member for several organizations, such as SkillsVR, B Generous, WatchTAG, and Tribal Planet, Inc. Previously, Andrea served as the Managing Director & Impact Officer at Orr Group, where involvement included partnering with nonprofits to enhance missions through tailored strategies. Notably, during a decade at Girl Scouts of the USA, Andrea led significant initiatives in engagement, partnerships, and diversity, establishing numerous strategic partnerships and driving impactful programs. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Developmental and Child Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Skidmore College.
