Kyle Healy

Kyle Healy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and corporate growth roles. Currently serving as a Consultant/Principal at Independent since September 2025, Kyle previously held multiple senior positions at NFP, an Aon company, between February 2015 and September 2025, including Senior Vice President of Sales Enablement and Senior Vice President. Key contributions included organic growth initiatives and enhancing collaboration within the sales team. Prior experience includes roles in business development at NFP Corporate Services and vice president of group benefits at Lenox Advisors. Kyle launched Healy Insurance Solutions, LLC, as the owner from August 2006 to June 2008.
