Rich Barham is an experienced professional in the game development industry, currently serving as the Owner of 9 Elevenses and a Leadership and Organisational Coach, providing strategic advisory services to game businesses. Barham has held significant roles, including Interim General Manager at Behaviour Interactive, Studio Head/CEO at AntiMatter Games Limited, and Operations Director at IO Interactive A/S. Earlier experience includes global leadership positions at Riot Games, ZeniMax Online Studios (Bethesda), and Blizzard Entertainment, where contributions were made to some of the industry’s most acclaimed titles. Barham also served as a Senior Lecturer at Falmouth University, contributing to the launch of its Games Academy. Education was completed at Falmouth University between 2014 and 2015.
