Rachel Baikitis

Rachel Bakaitis MBA is currently the Vice President of Quality at Regional Care Group. Prior to that, Rachel held positions such as Project Manager at the same company and Office Manager at TMB Systems Limited. With a background as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Franciscan Alliance, Inc., Rachel brings a wealth of experience to their role. Rachel also worked as a Data Management Specialist at HFR and as a Quality Assurance Manager at NWI PRIMARY CARE LLC. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern Indiana.
