Yaakov Meltzer

Yaakov (Jeffrey) Meltzer is an experienced payroll manager currently serving at Regional Care Network since April 2023. Previously, Meltzer held the payroll manager position at Milestone Ed, overseeing HR and Payroll Operations for over 20 centers across the country, and at Centers Health Care, managing payroll for six facilities with over 2,000 employees. Earlier in the career, Meltzer was the director of the Individualized Learning Program at Camp Mogen Avraham, supervising a team and developing personalized education plans, and served as a Special Education Services Provider at Mirrer Yeshiva, delivering math and ELA instruction. Meltzer holds a Master of Science in Special Education from Daemen College and a certificate in Fundraising and Leadership from Torah Umesorah Fundraising and Leadership Academy.
