Laura Bishop Long

Laura Bishop Long, MS, is a seasoned social worker and mental health professional with extensive experience in various therapeutic and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Social Worker/Case Manager at the Regional Center of the East Bay since August 2025, Laura previously held positions as a Social Worker at EA Family Services and worked for seven years at Laura Bishop Coaching, where roles included Treatment Placement Specialist and Recovery Coach. Additional experience includes directorship at Exponent Beauty in Business Development, executive leadership and financial oversight at North Bay Recovery Center, and clinical roles as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Laura's early career involved internships in marriage and family therapy and a claims analyst position at NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company. Academically, Laura holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and MFT from Dominican University of California and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
