Victor Cardenas

Victor Cardenas possesses extensive experience in educational and counseling roles, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor and Adjunct Counselor at American River College since May 2022. Victor has held multiple positions at the Regional Center of the East Bay, including Case Manager II and Case Manager I, responsible for developing and overseeing Individual Program Plans for clients. Previous experience includes a role as a Social Worker III in Adult Protective Services at Alamance County Department of Social Services, where case evaluations for vulnerable adults were conducted. Victor also served as an Instructor in Adult Basic Education at Alamance Community College, and as an Instructor and Instructional Assistant at Ohlone College, focusing on students with disabilities. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from California State University - East Bay, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Ohlone College.
