Case Management Team

The Case Management Team at the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) provides personalized support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. They assess client needs, develop and implement individualized service plans, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure clients receive appropriate services. The team includes bilingual case managers to cater to diverse community needs, and they are overseen by a Case Management Supervisor to maintain service quality and compliance.
