Colin Peet

Colin Peet currently serves as the CV Recreation Services Superintendent at the Regional District of East Kootenay since March 2016, specializing in facility management and building operations. Prior to this role, Colin held the position of Director of Recreation for the Town of Watrous from April 2013 to March 2016, acting as a technical advisor and managing correspondence and financial matters for the Watrous & District Recreation Board. Earlier experience includes serving as a Wildfire Firefighter for the Ministry of Natural Resources from April 2006 to April 2013 and as a Marketing Executive and Assistant Trade Show Manager at PrimeTime Sports and Entertainment in late 2012. Colin also worked as a Video Coordinator for the Minnesota State Mavericks during the 2011-2012 season. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Sport Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from Bemidji State University, along with a diploma in Business - Human Resources from Confederation College.
