Janet Black

Janet grew up in the La Crosse area. She graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. After college, she moved from her hometown of La Crosse to the Eau Claire area. She now lives in Altoona with her two children and dog. Janet has been part of Reach for many years and has worked to improve and grow many of the departments and services offered: Supported Employment Services, Hand in Hand Child Care Center, and Adult Programs.
