Caleb joined the Regional Food Bank in 2016 as the director of operations and assumed his current role in 2020. Prior to joining the organization, Caleb had positions with PepsiCo-Frito Lay and Hobby Lobby. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and supply chain optimization from the University of Phoenix. In his role as chief operating officer, Caleb is responsible for executing the Regional Food Bank’s operations including warehouse, transportation, facilities and volunteer production and oversees more than 60 employees. Caleb also leads as incident commander in times of disaster and manages capital priorities across the organization’s 53-county service area.
