Diane Deblon

Diane Deblon, CPA, CHFP has extensive experience working as a Chief Financial Officer in various healthcare organizations. Their most recent role was at Regional Health Services of Howard County since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020. Diane also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Ellsworth Municipal Hospital from October 2016 to November 2018, and at Arapahoe House from October 2015 to September 2016. Additionally, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at United Hospital District from October 2013 to October 2015. Before their work in healthcare, they held financial leadership roles at Lakewood Health System, YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, Meridian Behavioral Health, and the City of Brooklyn Park, MN. Diane is experienced in managing finances and has successfully contributed to financial improvements and organizational changes throughout their career.

Diane Deblon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bemidji State University. Diane obtained the following certifications: Certified Healthcare Finance Professional (CHFP) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in 2015, Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) from the National Development Council (NDC) in 1997, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy in 1985, and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) from the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) in 1985.
