Ryan Burckhardt

Ryan Burckhardt serves as the Chief Executive Officer of REJIS, leading efforts to deliver innovative technology solutions for criminal justice and public safety. With extensive experience at the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Ryan held several leadership roles, including Troop Commander and Director of the Missouri Information Analysis Center, where strategic planning and policy implementation were central responsibilities. Additional roles included District Commander, Zone Commander, and Assistant Zone Commander within Troop C. Prior military service includes time as a Force Protection specialist in the US Navy Reserves and as an Aviation Electronic Technician in the US Navy. Ryan holds a Master of Public Administration from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts from Lindenwood University, along with a certificate in Leadership & Organizational Change from Saint Louis University.
