Ashvin Padaliya

Ashvin Padaliya is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in Quality Assurance at Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.) since September 2022, Ashvin previously held senior roles including Test Lead and Project Lead at Tech Mahindra, and gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer at organizations such as GE and MetLife Insurance. Ashvin's career began at Aditya Birla Group as a Programmer, followed by positions at Masibus Software, Contech Software Ltd, and Patni Computer Systems Ltd. Ashvin holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Gujarat University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the same institution.
