Christopher Smith

Christopher Smith has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Christopher began their career in 2008 as an Employment Resource Specialist at Asurion before transitioning to a role as an Assistant General Manager at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. In 2012, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hospital Corporation of America, where they managed the recruitment life-cycle and developed recruitment strategies. Christopher then joined OHL as a Corporate Technical Talent Advisor, where they formed strategic partnerships with senior management and identified top technical candidates to shape the future of the IT department. Christopher also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Mars Petcare US, where they focused on attracting high-performing associates. Christopher then joined Bridgestone Americas as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner and later as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
