Lateefah Little

Lateefah Little has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Lateefah is currently the Director, Assistant Controller at Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.) since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Controller at Wabtec Passenger Transit from September 2018 to July 2021. From 2012 to 2018, they were the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Ob Hospitalist Group. Lateefah also has experience as a Financial Analyst and Sr Accountant, Financial Reporting at Resolute Forest Products from 2007 to 2012. Lateefah started their career as an Accountant, Partnership Accounting at Aimco from 2005 to 2007 and worked as a Staff Accountant at Roedl & Partner from 2004 to 2005. Lateefah's early experience includes working as an Accountant at IPEX from 2001 to 2003.

Lateefah Little attended the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Later, in 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting from the same institution. Between 2009 and 2011, they further enhanced their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University.
