Mike Kowalk is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and audit services. Currently serving as Financial Reporting Manager at Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.) since July 2015, Mike has enhanced investor confidence through meticulous filings and investor communications, while also leading digital transformation initiatives that improved productivity and reduced costs. Previously, Mike held the position of Senior - Assurance Services at EY, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive audit engagements for diverse clients, consistently delivering high-quality documentation.
