Nathan Byars (Nate)

Nathan Byars, also known as Nate, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Sales Representative at Andrx Laboratories Inc, where they conducted initial sales training for new hires and district managers. Nathan (Nate) also facilitated market research studies and played a crucial role in the finalization of marketing materials. In 2005, they became a Sales Training Manager at Lupin Pharmaceuticals, where they designed and executed an effective initial sales training program.

From 2006 to 2008, Nate worked as a Field Representative at Tradesmen International, where they successfully launched a new territory and exceeded quotas consistently. Nathan (Nate) then joined Altria Client Services in 2009 as a Business Analysis Intern, where they performed analysis of the wintergreen smokeless tobacco segment and provided valuable insights for key strategic meetings.

In 2010, Nate joined Resurgent Capital Services as a Senior Project Leader, completing a two-year program that involved assignments in various business groups. Nathan (Nate) showcased their skills in operations, process improvement, data analysis, business analysis, and finance. Nathan (Nate) later rejoined the company in 2021 as a Senior Director of Agency Performance.

Nate's career also includes roles at Auto I.D., Inc. - An Experian Company, Global Lending Services LLC, and Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.), where they held positions as an Account Executive, Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations Analytics, and Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning. Throughout their various roles, Nate demonstrated their strong leadership abilities, successfully implementing process improvements, driving growth, and achieving exceptional results.

Most recently, in 2022, Nate took on the role of Director of Treasury Data and Reporting at Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.). With their diverse background and expertise in various areas, they continue to contribute to the success of the companies they work with.

Nathan (Nate) Byars pursued their education in a chronological order. Nathan (Nate) began their academic journey in 1994 at The Citadel, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1998, they took up the opportunity to further their knowledge and skills in the field of business. From 2008 to 2010, Nate attended Wake Forest University School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Marketing.
