Emmanuel L. Rock

Emmanuel L. Rock is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse leadership portfolio in various counseling services. Currently serving as Chairman of Northeast Alabama Clinical Services and holding the position of Chief Executive Officer at Insight Mental Health since March 2022, Emmanuel L. Rock also founded All Is Well, a counseling practice focused on child-adolescent counseling, community mental health, and geriatric counseling. As a Co-Founder of Weiss Lake Counseling Services, Emmanuel L. Rock caters to early-childhood mental health and marriage and family therapy. Additional roles include Mental Health Specialist at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center and former President of Beyond Gloire Cosmetics. Emmanuel L. Rock holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education/Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Jacksonville State University.
