Chuck Sheaffer has worked in a variety of marketing and communications roles since 1992. Theirfirst position was in Marketing at Sparrow Health System, where they led product marketing initiatives for the health system's primary medical specialties. In 1997, they moved to Olivet College, where they managed the college's communication activities and taught Sports Marketing courses. In 2002, they took on the role of Sales Manager at Standard Printing & Office Supply, where they managed a team of sales representatives and created incentives for the multi-million dollar organization. In 2004, they began writing a column for Midwest Racing Scene. In 2009, they joined Frankenmuth Insurance as Senior Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for creating and evaluating marketing strategies. In 2015, they became a Consultant/Healthcare Response Division for SERVPRO of Saginaw and Bay City, Romulus/Taylor and Downriver, Westland & West Garden City, assisting health care providers with mitigation of fire and water disasters. In 2021, they joined Bay to Bay Building Concepts as Chief Operating Officer and Marketing Director, where they oversaw all functions and created a successful brand awareness campaign. Currently, they are a Marketing Communications Consultant for Strategy Simple and a Marketing Director for Regional Medical Imaging.
Chuck Sheaffer completed a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Community Development from Central Michigan University in 1986. Prior to that, they attended GLHS from 1979 to 1982.
