Crystal Kinnard

Crystal Kinnard, MEd, PMP, is a distinguished professional with a robust background in healthcare transformation and project management. As the Founder and CEO of Crysani & Company since 2013, Crystal has successfully led a certified Women-Owned Small Business, securing federal government sub-contracts to enhance healthcare through technology integration. In the role of Executive Director at Regional One Health, Crystal oversees a network of 30 multi-specialty clinics, contributing significantly to medical education in partnership with the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager for Wellstar Health Systems at TEKsystems, facilitating a major merger and acquisition, and leading the Project Management Office at Morehouse School of Medicine, which focused on addressing healthcare disparities. Crystal holds a Master of Education from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University.
