Davielle Boyce-Hotz MBA-HCM, CSM, LSSGBC has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Davielle began their career in 2015 as an Independent Account Executive at Performance Merchant Alliance. Later that year, they transitioned to Top Rx where they served as an Account Manager. In 2016, Davielle joined Cerner Corporation as a Solution Architect, specializing in Oncology. Davielle remained with the company until 2018. That same year, they moved on to Healthy Kids & Teens, where they worked as a Health Advocate for seven years. In 2018, Davielle joined Regional One Health as an IT Applications Analyst and quickly moved up the ranks, serving as an IT Senior Applications Analyst and currently as an IT Lead Application Analyst. Davielle'sexpertise and experience make their a valuable asset in the healthcare industry.

Davielle Boyce-Hotz holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Walden University. Davielle also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management and International Business, as well as a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Health Services Administration and Women's Studies, both from The University of Memphis. Besides their degrees, they have obtained various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, and Cerner Certified Training Program.
