Stephanie Grisham currently serves as the Manager of Specialty Pharmacy at Regional One Health, with experience leading large teams and overseeing high volumes of prescriptions. Previously, at Accredo - An Express Scripts Company, Stephanie held multiple positions, culminating as Staff Pharmacist Manager, where management of 30 Clinical Pharmacists on the Endocrine team resulted in a 30% efficiency improvement. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Growth Hormone medications, Stephanie has a strong background in training and performance management within pharmacy settings.
