Traylor Theresa

Traylor Theresa has extensive experience as a nurse leader in various healthcare organizations. From 2014, they served as the Director of Nursing at Regional One Health, where they successfully established and licensed a 20-bed Subacute Care Unit. Traylor was responsible for building a skilled nursing team, developing policies and procedures, and overseeing staff hiring. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2013, they were a Nurse Manager at Baptist Memorial Health Care, where they managed a 40-bed Neuro/Surgery Unit. Traylor's leadership and ability to establish strong relationships with renowned neuro surgeons contributed to the success of the unit.

Traylor Theresa holds a Masters in Nursing and Health Care Systems Management from Loyola University New Orleans, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a BSN degree in Nursing from Baptist Memorial College of Health Sciences, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Traylor Theresa also possesses additional certifications in BLS and ACLS, although the institution and specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
