Joan Rupp is currently working as an Intergovernmental Coordinator at the New Orleans Regional Planning Commission. Prior to this, Joan worked as a French Teacher and Freshman Advisor at Metairie Park Country Day School, and also as a French Teacher at St. Mary's Dominican High School. In addition, Joan has experience as an English Language Assistant at Lycee Renee Descartes and as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Assistant at Morris Insurance Group, LLC. Joan holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Centenary College of Louisiana, a Bachelor of Science in French Language and Culture with a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, and completed high school at St. Joseph's Academy.
