Rachel O'Neil

Rachel O'Neil is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in enterprise application architecture and solution design. Currently serving as Manager of Enterprise Application Architecture at WCB Nova Scotia since April 2025, Rachel has previously held key positions as an Enterprise Architect at BF&M Group from April 2019 to March 2025 and as a Solution Architect at both Bluejack Consulting Inc. and Timmons Group. Rachel's career in solution architecture began at Softestrian from January 2010 to December 2012 and included notable academic contributions as a Professor at Ryerson University from January 2005 to December 2012. Earlier experience includes a significant role as a Solution Architect at ESRI Canada from 2003 to 2010.
