Sara Shabnam

Sara Shabnam is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at WCB Nova Scotia since June 2015, with a history of various HR roles including Human Resources Generalist, Employment Officer (Acting), and Human Resources (Recruitment) Coordinator. Sara has also founded Better Day Trade International, a Slow Fashion Brand committed to ethical and sustainable practices. Academic experience includes positions as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Saint Mary's University, along with leadership roles in mentoring and coaching students. Sara holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services and a Certificate of Honours Equivalency in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary's University.
