Sharon Fraser has an extensive background in project management, communications, and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Business Evolution at WCB Nova Scotia since October 2014, Sharon has held various roles within the organization, including Manager and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes ownership of 4 All Consulting, where diverse services such as strategic communications and project management were provided. At Canadian Blood Services from 2001 to 2013, Sharon excelled as a Senior Project Manager and Regional Manager of Communications, successfully overseeing projects and crisis communications. Earlier career milestones include communications roles at Fairfax Fraser Communications, C100 FM, and CKBW Radio, where numerous awards for documentary production were received. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Saint Mary's University.

The Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia (WCB) is the province’s provider of workplace injury insurance. We inform and inspire Nova Scotians in the prevention of workplace injury, but when it occurs, we support those whose lives it touches, fostering a timely and safe return to work.
