Carlynne Yu

Carlynne Yu serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Regional Task Force on Homelessness since March 2025. Prior to this role, Carlynne held the position of Vice President of Finance at the San Diego Workforce Partnership from September 2021 to February 2025, where significant advancements in accounting practices, budgets, and compliance were achieved. Previously, as the Director of Accounting/Operations at the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation, Carlynne managed financial compliance and external audits. Carlynne’s career also includes experience as an Accounting Manager at Historical Properties Inc., a Senior Accountant at Preferred Employers Group, and an Accountant at the United Way of San Diego County. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from San Diego State University and an Associate’s Degree in Management and Accounting from Southwestern College.
