Andrew Kjellman

Andrew Kjellman is a Senior Director at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada since July 2011. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Senior Transportation Planner at the Yakima Valley Conference of Governments from April 2006 to October 2009. Andrew holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Portland State University and a Bachelor's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Western Washington University. Kjellman also attended the University of Washington from 2003 to 2005.
