Eneliko Mulokozi

Eneliko Mulokozi is an experienced Project Engineer at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, specializing in traffic systems analysis, design, and programming in multiple languages including Python, R, C#, and Django. With a robust background in data analytics and database design utilizing MySQL, Eneliko's expertise is underscored by a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dar es Salaam. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant focused on traffic safety and data analytics, an intern in traffic systems, Area Manager at Dawasco overseeing urban water systems, and Business Manager/Civil Engineer at Karagwe Diocese responsible for building design and construction.
