Jeff Wilbrecht

Jeff Wilbrecht is an experienced Engineering and Project Manager with a background in civil engineering and geotechnical engineering. Currently, Jeff works at the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe Co. and previously held positions at Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. and the University of Nevada Reno. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management as well as a MS in Geotechnical Engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
